I’m Doug. If your computer or phone feels confusing, I can come round and go through it with you. We’ll start with what you want to do, whether that’s reading an email, calling your family or finding your photos.

Do you live far away from your parents?
I can be your local contact for their technology. With your parent’s agreement, we’ll plan the visit together. I’ll explain what I’ve done afterwards, while they stay in control of their accounts and decide what they want to share.

What does a visit cost?
I charge €45 for up to one hour of home computer assistance. Parts, licences and equipment cost extra. If more time or a different service is needed, I’ll agree the price with you before continuing. See all computer assistance prices.

I am based in Plestin-les-Grèves and arrange visits within roughly 20 km, including Lannion, Morlaix, Lanmeur, Locquirec, Plouigneau, Plougasnou, Ploumilliau, Ploubezre and Trébeurden. See the towns and villages I cover.
Do I need to buy a new computer?
Not necessarily. I’ll look at the device you already have before suggesting a replacement. If you do need something different, I can help you choose within your budget.
Can you help in English?
Yes. I can explain things in English or French, including when family members live abroad.
